Hey I'm Matt - at 27 I've been accomplished some small feats in the world of fitness including grueling challenges such as 12 hours of lunges, curls & military pack walks. I swam nationally for New Zealand & held records. Fitness is integral part of my life and Im here to help you achieve your goals.
